Store Policies

1.  We use FedEx when ever possible. Local carriers used only if they are faster in your area and your distance is shorter than usual.

2.  Processing your Custom Made order and Shipping it to your destination is approx 2 to 3 weeks. After we have received your order from PayPal.

3.  If your shipment should arrive damaged, send us clear photos of the damage in 24 hrs. After reviewing it, we will inform you by email and send replacement to you as soon as possible.
